寒梅，西雅图天才太极院总教练兼合伙人，深圳舞太极创始人，陈氏太极拳第12代传人，太极金刚朱天才大师入室弟子，国家一级教练，拥有近20年教学经验。
专注于陈氏太极拳的系统教学与推广，融合传统精髓与现代科学方法，教学风格专业严谨，注重因材施教。拳架精准规范、中正大气，劲力贯通。耐心细致地指导学员掌握太极精髓，提升身体协调性与内在平衡。

**Han Mei,** the head coach and co-founder of Seattle Genius Tai Chi Center , founder of Shenzhen Wu Tai Chi, the 12th generation descendant of Chen Style Tai Chi, and a direct disciple of Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai, known as one of the Chen’s Taichi “Four Kings”, She is a national-level coach with nearly 20 years of teaching experience.
Han Mei focuses on the systematic teaching and promotion of Chen Style Tai Chi, blending traditional essence with modern scientific methods. Her teaching style is professional and rigorous, emphasizing individualized instruction. Her form is precise and standard, embodying grace and power, with internal energy flowing seamlessly. She patiently and meticulously guides students to master the essence of Tai Chi, enhancing their physical coordination and inner balance.

周梅，太极正源教练，研习陈氏太极拳多年，深入研究拳架、内劲与整劲，精通太极理论。拥有丰富的教学经验，擅于化繁为简，并根据学员特点因材施教。周梅教练的教学，拳架与心法并重，帮助学员在提升技巧的同时，实现身心的协调统一。

**Mei Zhou,** TaiChi Essence Coach, has been practicing Chen-style Tai Chi for many years. She has delved deeply into the study of postures, internal strength, and whole-body force, and is highly proficient in Tai Chi theory. With extensive teaching experience, she excels at simplifying complex concepts and tailoring her instruction to the unique characteristics of each student. Her teaching emphasizes both physical forms and mental principles, helping students enhance their skills while achieving harmony and unity of mind and body.

The Tiancai Taiji Master Instructor Group brings together a team of highly experienced instructors from the Tiancai Taiji Academy in Chenjiagou. They are not only deeply skilled and highly proficient in their art but also excel in adapting their unique teaching styles to suit each student’s needs, ensuring precise mastery of Taiji principles.
With a mission to promote Taiji culture, these master instructors spread the wisdom of Chen-style Taiji across the world, helping more people gain a profound understanding of its essence while enhancing their physical health, mental well-being, and overall coordination.
As an essential bridge for international Taiji cultural exchange, Seattle Tiancai Taiji Academy annually invites a distinguished member of the Master Instructor Group to Seattle, offering local students high-level intensive training and personalized guidance. Through the authentic transmission of Taiji, students not only refine their skills but also gain deeper insights into the philosophical wisdom and profound beauty of this ancient art.

国家级非遗太极拳代表性传承人,中国武术九段。练陈家沟陈氏十九世、太极拳第十一代传承人。陈氏太极拳四大金刚之一,世界杰出华人贡献奖获得者。太极拳专修院院长,国家高级武术教练及一级裁判员。

朱向前

太极大师朱天才的四子之一,陈家沟陈氏第二十代外孙,太极拳第十二代传人,国家武术六段, 国家二级裁判员。子承父业,多年来持续在海外宣扬太极,其弟子遍布东亚。

朱向华

太极大师朱天才的四子之一,陈家沟陈氏第二十代外孙,太极拳第十二代传人。中国武术七段,国家一级裁判。非物质文化遗产(陈氏太极拳)代表性传承人。自小习武以来获奖无数,并继承了其父的衣钵,在国内外培养了太极拳学生近千人。

王地久

太极大师朱天才的弟子,国家武术六段, 陈式太极拳陈家沟陈氏二十世,第十二代传人。从事太极文化研究20余年。其拳架外柔内刚, 发劲较多。教学风格深入浅出,善于归纳,教学相长。

孙浩银

太极大师朱天才的弟子,国家武术六段, 陈式太极拳陈家沟陈氏二十世,第十二代传人。在师父的言传身教下,继承了朱天才大师的独特风格。多年来获得多项国家级太极拳、械奖项。中医药专业出身,与太极拳相辅相成。自教拳以来,培养了过百名学员并带领在各种国家级大型太极拳比赛中获得优异成绩。

于超亚

陈氏太极拳朱天才的弟子, 陈式太极拳陈家沟陈氏二十世,太极拳第十二代传人。国家武术六段,国家级裁判。曾多次获得国家级、国际级等武术比赛太极拳、械金牌。

李彦斌

太极大师朱天才的弟子。中国武术七段,陈式太极拳陈家沟陈氏二十世,太极拳第十二代传人。国家一级裁判员,精通武术理论且有着精湛的搏击功底。全运会亚军获得者,蝉联多届全国太极拳公开赛全能总冠军。多次获得国际级,国家级武术比赛太极拳、械冠军。
