陈式太极拳“四大金刚”之一朱天才大师，是西雅图天才太极院的传承源头。自 2024 年起，我们每年邀请朱天才大师一脉的名师亲临西雅图，以小班面授拳架、器械、推手与拳理——学员不必远赴陈家沟，也能得到名师亲传。

Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai — one of the “Four Kings” of Chen-style Tai Chi — is the root of our lineage. Since 2024 we have invited masters from his line to Seattle each year to teach form, weapons, push hands and theory in small groups.

01深入理解陈氏太极拳的核心拳理与技术要求Deepen your understanding of the core principles and technical requirements of Chen-style Tai Chi.
02提升松沉、缠丝、腰胯转换及整体发力能力Improve sinking, silk-reeling energy, waist-and-hip coordination and whole-body power.
03掌握太极扇与太极剑的身法、器械技法及身体协调Develop body mechanics, weapon technique and coordination with the fan and sword.
04通过推手体会听劲、化劲、发劲与实战用法Explore listening, neutralizing and issuing energy — and their applications — through push hands.
05纠正老架一路和新架一路练习中的常见问题Identify and correct common issues in Laojia Yilu and Xinjia Yilu.
